Directions to our Portland Office:

From I-295 North or South:

Take the Franklin Street Exit (Exit 7).

Proceed through five traffic lights. At the sixth light take a right onto Fore Street.

Go 0.3 miles, through 2 lights. At the second light, the Portland Harbor Hotel will be on your left. Take the first right, into the parking lot access road behind One and Two Portland Square. Go past the guard house and enter through the gate on left (take your ticket with you).

H. M. Payson & Co. is on the fifth floor of One Portland Square (the building with the TD Bank sign on it).

Directions to our Damariscotta Office:

From Route 1 North:

Take the US-1/Business Route North exit to Damariscotta. Bear right onto Main Street. Cross over bridge into Damariscotta. Turn right at light onto Bristol Road/ME-129. Our office is on the left in the Victorian house, just to the right of the church. Parking is behind the building.

From Route 1 South:

Take the US-1/Business Route South exit to Damariscotta. Follow for 2.5 miles. Turn left at (2nd) light onto Bristol Road/ME-129. Our office is on the left in the Victorian house, just to the right of the church. Parking is behind the building.
